If a point is reflected across the y-axis, how do the coordinates change?

(x, y) becomes (-x, y)

(x, y) becomes (x, -y)

(x, y) becomes (-x, -y)

(x, y) stays the same

Reflection over y-axis negates the x-coordinate.
